What if someone pops or punctures the inflatable photo booth?
This has not happened yet but we’ve had this question come up a few times. If someone did puncture it, the inflatable would stay up because it is on a constant fan. We can provide you with a patch up kit in case this ever happens, but with 210 grade oxford cloth it sure won’t be easy!
How long does it take to ship my order?
It normally takes 2 – 3 business days for us to process, package, and ship the unit. Depending on sales volume and the complexity of your requested package, it may take up to 2 weeks until we are able to ship it out.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee. The buyer is to pay for shipping and the refund will be issued upon receiving the product.
Do you offer any type of warranty?
Yes! Our Photo Booth Kiosk and Inflatable Photo Booth units all come with a 1 year warranty on the electronics.
